Shipping policy
Processing Time
- Ready to Ship Orders (Restock): 1–3 business days before shipment.
- Custom Orders (Wigs & Bundles): 10-22 business days before shipment
All our orders usually ships with Canada Post, UPS & DHL for all domestic & international shipping. Deliveries and are made Monday through Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Shipping Times (after processing):
- Canada: 3–5 business days (via Canada Post).
- USA: 3-8 business days (via UPS/DHL)
- International: 5-10 business days (via DHL/UPS)
Note: International orders do not include duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery & Liability
- All shipments include tracking; a signature is required for wigs and bundles.
- If you are unavailable at delivery, the courier will leave a notice for redelivery or pickup.
- Once a package is shipped & marked delivered by the courier, MiraRawHairs is not responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement. Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe delivery location.
Important Notes
- Shipping and processing times are separate—please add both when estimating delivery.
- MiraRawHairs is not responsible for courier delays.
- Custom units are final sale: no cancellations or refunds.

You understand that once a unit is made, it is unique and cannot be resold, and therefore falls under a no-cancellation, no-refund policy.
Once your parcel has been delivered and marked as signed for, liability is transferred to the customer.
