Our 100% raw hair is carefully selected and tested to meet strict standards, ensuring durability, fullness, and long-lasting wear. With proper care, our hair supports endless styling possibilities. FINAL SALE ITEMS – Health & Safety Standards

For hygiene and health reasons, and in line with the Public Health Agency of Canada’s consumer product hygiene guidelines, wigs and hair products are classified as personal-use items. To protect the integrity and safety of our products for every client, all wigs, hair extensions, and digital products are FINAL SALE.

 

REFUNDS & RETURN EXCEPTIONS 

While our products are final sale, we will gladly work with you ONLY if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or in the wrong length/style.

To begin, please email mirabel@mirarawhairs.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photo and video evidence of the item in its original packaging

 

 MiraRawHairs reserve the right to deny an exchange if certain conditions are not met. The conditions include and are not limited to the following:

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery (per carrier record)
  • The item is in its original packaging, unworn, unaltered
  • Photo/video evidence supports the claim
  • The product has not been altered by a third party (see below)

If you receive an incorrect item, a refund will not be issued. Instead, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost to you


 

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTION

To start an exchange, please email us at mirabel@mirarawhairs.com and follow the Return/Refund Exceptions. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (only if return is due to mirarawhairs.com error), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. 

Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Include in the email subject line "item Name" Exchange Request. For example 5x5 Bob Exchange Request.
  2. Take a picture & video of the item in its original packaging (item must be in its original packaging) and email it to mirabel@mirarawhairs.com
  3. Once the package is received (delivery date per carrier), a MIRA agent will take a video from the time the package is opened to the time it is inspected to confirm the item is in its original condition.
  4. Upon confirmation of the original condition of the item, a MIRA agent will provide return address information via email.
  5. Please note that international customers may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Upon receipt of the item, please allow 72 hours for our team to double-check the condition of the item purchased and process an exchange
  7. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
MiraRawHairs reserve the right to deny an exchange if these conditions are not met.



ALTERCATION BY THIRD-PARTY POLICY

We strongly recommend using licensed professionals for installs and alterations. Mira Raw Hairs is not liable for damages or changes caused by third-party hairstylists. Items altered outside of Mira Raw Hairs are not eligible for exchange or refund

     

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    1. All items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are FINAL and cannot be exchanged
    2. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
    3. Items with visible signs of wear or use cannot be exchanged 
    4. Rare custom coloured dyed hairs, altered, products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

     

    Shipping Issues

    We ship all orders with tracking. MiraRawHairs is not responsible/liable for items misplaced or lost by third-party carriers. All customers are required to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the shipping address provided.

    CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PROTECTION POLICY

    We take fraudulent claims seriously. To protect both our customers and Mira Raw Hairs from fraudulent claims, please note that in the event of a chargeback request after confirmed delivery, we will provide your payment provider with:

    • Tracking and signature confirmation
    • Order invoice and product details
    • Photos and/or video proof of your custom wig
    • Communication records
    • A copy of this policy, agreed to at checkout

    If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the product’s value, including legal or administrative fees.

    If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent, your details may be reported to relevant authorities and added to internal fraud prevention databases used across the eCommerce industry.
